Is compatible toner reliable?

1) Technology is being improved. Factory is trying their best to catch up with the original company. For some out-of-date and widely-used models. Toner factory has researched for a very long time. So the performance of compatible toner is closing that of original one. For example, 7845 5335

2) you can find there are different type of toner for one model, and the price is very different, it is rational. The reason is , factory usually start with a high quality compatible toner , and then keep testing common toner to lower the cost, so finally , they know , for example, 4 types of the toner can work without problem, A is the most stable and expensive one, B is stable and cheaper, C is 95% stable and cheaper further, D is 90% stable and even cheaper. The same thing happens in different models. So, when you say , which one is better? It depends on your market and your acceptance.

3) If you can find compatible toner for a model easily , which means this compatible toner can works well in high possibility. Conversely, it will be with high risk

4) Strictly speaking, there is no general toner for different models, because different machine has different Electrical parameters, you can close to it but cannot the same as it. So usually we don't advise our customers use one toner in very different models. It mightbe ok at beginning, while after a long term use, problems come.

5) For some high speed machine, for example, xerox V80, be care of using the compatible toner for now, I am not sure whether the qualified compatible toner will come or not , while for now, I think there is no qualified one. You can try our original refill one. 

     Why price from other suppliers is cheaper than ours?

       This is a question we heard about many times, but which doesnt mean that our price is higher than most of other supplier, on the contrary, most of our customers accept our price and products.

       The problem is , I prefer to hear about that my customer say, your product is the same as others, why your price is much higher?

       For each product, factory can change every single part to change the cost.  For example , this is a 7845 drum unit, we can change the OPC, PCR, DRUM cleaning roll, drum seal, sealing pad and even the drum frame to influence the cost,                   which  will make the final price much different, vary from 15USD to 30USD.

      An interesting truth is, each price is accepted by some customers, so I think we just offer a proper product, not cheap or expensive product.

     So it is always important to know each other better, share more information and communicate more efficiently.

      Customization

      Besides the basic label and packagings, we can provide customization furtherly in terms of quality and quantity

      A. We can provide different net content of toner customisation, such as 150g, 200g, 500g, 1kg.

      B. We can provide different quality grades of toner to meet the needs of different markets.

      C. We can add different quality carriers to meet the needs of different markets.

      D. If you are a toner factory, our carrier factory can also develop special substitute carriers for your toner.

      E.We can also provide different quality of customised service in the accessories to deal with the toner.

      So, customisation is not only as simple as packaging

      Factory and manufacturing

     We know that many of our customers are interested in factories, but as we all know, there are two prominent features of the printing industry:

    A. Disorganization of competition

    You'll see, someone is selling  Japanese toner by $200, someone by $50 

    Someone is selling high quality squeegees by $20 , someone by $1.

    Someone's selling $50 longlife OPC, and then you'll see a $10 OPC also marks LONGLIFE on it.

    The problem is that no matter how the suppliers brag about their product, the customer will only know the real quality after testing it on a machine.

    The more suppliers you deal with in one time, the easier quality issues  get out of control!

     B. Product complexity

     I think it's pretty easy to understand that even if you're just a print store owner, if you're using Xerox machines, you need to deali with a lot of parts, not to mention if you're in the multi-brand wholesale business. The list of products that our customers submit to us is often over 100 items.

These customers, from time to time, face problems like:

Out of stock, price increase, factory stop production, insufficient MOQ, product update, and various other problems.

The core of the solution to these two problems is: The control of the supply chain.

     And that's what we're good at. In the field of production machines, we are familiar with more than 70% of the factories. We control the core processes, such as toner refilling and pure carrier, to ensure quality. Meanwhile, our team works throughtout a year,  select the best from hundreds of factories, and then select the best among the products offered by these best factories - although factories always say that the quality of their products is very good, we know that one person can't be good at everything, So we just choose the most advantageous part, as a way to improve our supply chain.

    If you just spend a week in China visiting factories, you can not find the best ones.

    At the same time, the first prerequisite for us to work with a factory is not that they have the best price or the best quality, but that their owner must be a good person, respect his employees, respect his business, and put his energy into his business. That way we can trust him, just as we do for ourselves.
